- Today — Consulting: helping businesses grow with technology
Most tech consultants have never run a business. I have.
I know what it means to worry about a vendor not showing up, a franchisee underperforming, a month where revenue dips and you don't know why. I've sat across the table from the same problems you're dealing with — and then had to figure out which technology actually helps.
I started at TCS in 2008 — including two years in the UK — and spent years on enterprise CRM, ECM, and infrastructure for global clients. I co-founded DVG Benne Dosa, ran franchise expansion, then co-founded ATHRU where I've delivered ERPNext for a software company, healthcare HIS for two hospitals, and Medverse for home healthcare. Operations and margins matter more than any slide deck.
That experience changed how I think about technology for businesses. I don't recommend tools because they're trendy. I recommend them because I know what a 10-person business actually needs to run, grow, and not waste money.
